Our goal is to have every Nebraskan feel seen, heard, and have the power to be a part of the change. We plan to unite the neighborhoods in District 8 by creating collaboration between all people. The voices of families, schools, local businesses, organizations, and all citizens will be a part of creating a better Nebraska.

Diversity is what makes this state so spectacular. We will support legislation and other community efforts that promote racial, economic, and social equality. Our plan is to ensure the decisions made in Lincoln directly reflect all the diverse experiences of District 8.

Our citizens deserve a better economy. We plan to improve our economy through policies that make well-paying jobs more accessible to everyday Americans, support small and local businesses, and ensure everyone, including young people and working families, have a fair shot at economic stability and growth.

We believe infrastructure should be economically responsible, ready for the future, and centered around the citizens. To ensure this, we will invest in better roads and housing. We also plan on improving access to excellent public services. It is important to us for our citizens to be granted access to easy and safe services. We will supply better public transit, education, and healthcare access.

Our youth are the next generation. For a better Nebraska, we will be preparing our next generation to lead with wisdom, curiosity, and courage. Today we pave the path for our youth so they can be successful tomorrow. We will invest in our youth through better education, civic engagement, and the development of leadership.

We not only need justice, but also the dismantling of injustice. We have a goal for a more open-minded Nebraska. A place where no person feels judged for being themselves. All citizens should have the ability to go into public and be unapologetically themselves without feeling like they need to diminish their shine. We believe in an accepting and free Omaha.
